From Udaipur to your door
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a working day (Monday to Saturday) are prepared for dispatch the same day.
- Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 days. We ship with Blue Dart, Delhivery or India Post, depending on your PIN code.
- The tracking number reaches your email once the order is dispatched.
- Cash on delivery is not available at present.
Stay safe: icconX never asks for an OTP, PIN or payment on a call, SMS or WhatsApp after your order is placed.
Tracking questions
My order shows Confirmed. When will it ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a working day are prepared for dispatch that day; courier pickup is the same day or the next working day. You get the tracking number by email once it leaves Udaipur.
The tracking link shows no movement.
Couriers can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan after pickup. If there is no update after 48 hours, message us with your order number and we will check with the courier.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the new address. After dispatch the address cannot be changed.
The parcel looks opened or damaged.
Please do not accept it. If you find damage or a missing item after opening, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free replacement. See the Return & Replacement Policy.
I can't find my order number.
It is in the confirmation email and SMS (it looks like #1234). Signed-in customers can also see every order in My account.
