You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Order Cancellation by ICCONX
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Non-availability of delivery services at the customer’s location.

Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days of confirmation.

The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Cancellable” during promotional periods or due to hygiene reasons (such as earpods) may not be eligible for cancellation once purchased.
