Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel an order and how the refund works.

  • Free cancellation before dispatch
  • Sale-event orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refund starts within 24 hours
  • UPI refunds in 48 to 72 hours

This policy applies to orders placed on iccon.world.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90018 86580 or email support@iccon.world with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders placed during sale events cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Cancellation by icconX

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product details, if delivery is not available at your PIN code, or if the order appears fraudulent. We will inform you and refund the full amount paid.

Refund for cancelled orders

Refunds are made to the original payment method and are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation. UPI refunds usually reach your account within 48 to 72 hours. Card and net banking refunds can take 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
