Shipping Policy

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 and above.
• Orders below ₹499 have a delivery charge of ₹49.
• The ₹499 limit applies to your order value before coupon discounts. Any delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on delivery is currently not available. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a working day are prepared for dispatch that day. Courier pickup usually takes place the same day or by the next working day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed on the next working day.

We ship through Blue Dart, Delhivery or India Post, depending on serviceability at the delivery PIN code. Products in the same order may be dispatched together or separately, depending on availability.

Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 days. Enter your PIN code on a product page to see an estimated delivery date. This date is calculated from Udaipur using the order time and typical transit time to your location. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Courier pickup, transit conditions, Sundays, public holidays and unforeseen delays can affect the actual arrival date.

Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened, tampered with or damaged. If you find damage or a missing item after opening, tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a free replacement. See our Return and Replacement Policy for details.

If an order comes back to us undelivered, we refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.
