Terms of Use

1.1 iccon.world (the "Website") is owned and operated by Integratedmobi Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 134 M Road, Bhopalpura, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India ("icconX", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2 These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and icconX. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not need a physical or digital signature.

1.3 The following policies form part of these Terms: the Shipping Policy, the Return and Replacement Policy, the Cancellation Policy, the Warranty Policy and the Privacy Policy. If a policy and these Terms differ on a specific topic, the policy for that topic applies.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2.1 "Customer" or "you" means any person who visits the Website or places an order on it.

2.2 "Order" means a request to buy one or more Products placed through the Website.

2.3 "Products" means icconX-branded goods listed for sale on the Website, such as earbuds, neckbands, speakers, power banks, chargers and cables.

2.4 "Sale Event" means a time-limited promotion announced on the Website, such as a festive or flash sale.

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an Order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3.2 The Website is meant for customers in India. Products are delivered only to serviceable PIN codes in India.

3.3 If you access the Website from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are.

4.1 You can check out as a guest or sign in with your phone number or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and email secure and for activity that takes place through your account.

4.2 Please give accurate name, phone, email and address details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

4.4 Any information you give us, including reviews, photos and messages, must be your own or shared with permission. It must not be false or misleading, and must not infringe anyone else's rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy.

4.3 We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse of offers or any activity that breaks these Terms.

5.1 Placing an Order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp means we have received your Order. The contract is formed when we dispatch the Products.

5.2 We may decline or cancel an Order, in full or in part, if a Product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product details, if delivery is not available at your PIN code, or if the Order appears fraudulent or placed for resale. If we cancel an Order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

5.3 We may limit the quantity of a Product that one customer can buy, especially during a Sale Event.

5.4 The Website is meant for purchases for personal use. We may treat an Order as a bulk order if, for example, it contains an unusually high quantity of the same Product, or if several Orders are placed with the same phone number, email, address or payment method within a short time. We may cancel such Orders with a full refund. For business, resale or corporate gifting needs, please contact us through our Bulk Orders form.

6.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The maximum retail price (MRP) and the selling price are shown on each product page.

6.2 Delivery is free on Orders of ₹499 and above. A delivery charge of ₹49 applies below ₹499. Any delivery charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

6.3 Orders are prepaid. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our payment partners. Cash on delivery is currently not available.

6.4 Coupons and offers carry their own conditions, such as a minimum order value, validity dates and one use per customer. Only one coupon can be applied to an Order unless the offer says otherwise. We may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

6.5 Prices and offers can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place the Order.

6.6 Pricing and offer errors. Despite our care, a price, coupon or offer may sometimes be shown incorrectly because of a technical or human error. If this happens, we may cancel the affected Orders, even after confirmation, and refund the full amount paid. Where possible, we will first contact you with the correct price so that you can choose to continue or cancel.

6.7 Payment processing. Payments are processed by payment gateways and aggregators authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.

6.8 Your payment details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose and that the details you provide are correct. We may cancel an Order if a payment is declined, reversed or appears unauthorised.

6.9 Bank charges. Any charges, interest or fees applied by your bank or card issuer, including for EMI, are between you and your bank, and are not collected by icconX.

7.1 Orders are shipped from Udaipur, Rajasthan, through our courier partners. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and delivery charges are set out in the Shipping Policy.

7.2 Delivery dates shown on the Website are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays and events outside our control can affect the actual date.

7.3 Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged, and report any damage or missing item within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

8.1 You can cancel an Order free of charge before it is dispatched. Orders placed during a Sale Event cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Details are in the Cancellation Policy.

8.2 If a Product is faulty, wrong, damaged in transit or has items missing, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery, with free pickup. Details, conditions and refund timelines are in the Return and Replacement Policy.

8.3 We do not accept returns for change of mind.

9.1 Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page, packaging or warranty card. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, within the stated period from the invoice date.

9.2 Warranty claims for Orders placed on the Website are handled by our online support team. For Products bought from a shop or a marketplace, please contact that seller; the same warranty terms apply.

9.3 The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, tampering or normal wear. Full terms are in the Warranty Policy.

10.1 We try to describe every Product accurately. Images are for illustration; colour and finish may look slightly different on your screen.

10.2 Battery life, charging speed, range and similar figures come from our internal tests under standard conditions. Real-world results depend on the device you use, volume, settings and environment.

10.3 If a Product you receive does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery under the Return and Replacement Policy.

10.4 We may correct errors, inaccuracies or missing details in Product information at any time, including after an Order has been placed. If a correction affects your Order, we will tell you, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

11.1 Please follow the user manual and safety instructions supplied with each Product, especially for power banks, chargers and cables.

11.2 Use compatible devices and certified cables and adapters. Do not expose Products to water beyond their stated rating, extreme heat or physical stress.

11.3 We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by using a Product against its instructions.

12.1 The icconX name and logo, product names, designs, photographs, videos, text and software on the Website belong to icconX or its licensors and are protected by law.

12.2 You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13.1 When you post a review, rating, photo or video on the Website, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience and that you have the right to share it.

13.2 You allow icconX to display, reproduce and use that content on the Website and in our marketing, without payment, and to show your first name or display name with it.

13.3 We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful, unrelated to the Product or that contains personal information or links. We do not edit the meaning of genuine reviews.

14.1 You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or other users' accounts;
• copy or collect data from the Website with bots, scrapers or similar tools;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or disrupt the Website;
• probe, scan or test the Website for weaknesses, or get around its security or access controls;
• copy, reverse engineer or mirror any part of the Website, or place its pages inside another website;
• send spam or unsolicited messages to other users or to us;
• interfere with anyone else's use of the Website;
• buy Products in bulk for resale without our written agreement;
• pretend to be another person or give false information.

14.2 If you break this section, we may block your access, cancel your Orders and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

15.1 How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree to that use.

16.1 We send order, payment, delivery and support updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp to the details you provide. These messages are part of the service.

16.2 We send offers and news only where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link or option in the message.

16.3 icconX will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or password by call, SMS or WhatsApp.

17.1 Payments, deliveries, sign-in and some features are provided by third-party partners. Their use is also subject to their own terms.

17.2 The Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

18.1 The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free from errors or interruptions. Access may be paused for maintenance or upgrades.

18.2 To the extent permitted by law, icconX's total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of data, income or profit.

18.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

18.4 Content on the Website, such as guides, comparisons and blog posts, is for general information. Please check the product page and user manual for the details that apply to your Product before relying on it.

19.1 You agree to indemnify icconX against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

20.1 We may suspend or end your access to the Website, or cancel pending Orders with a full refund, if you break these Terms or misuse offers. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.

20.2 You may stop using the Website at any time. Orders you have already placed will continue under these Terms. To delete your account and personal data, please follow section 11 of the Privacy Policy.

21.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action or network outages. We will keep you informed and, if an Order cannot be fulfilled, refund the amount paid.

22.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

22.2 Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Subject to your rights to approach a Consumer Commission, the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

23.1 We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The current version is always on this page. Changes do not affect Orders already placed.

24.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies listed in section 1.3, are the entire agreement between you and icconX about your use of the Website and your Orders.

24.2 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will apply to the extent allowed by law, and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

24.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms straight away, we have not given up that right and may still enforce it later.

24.4 Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and icconX.

24.5 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, for example as part of a merger or sale of business, and your rights will not be reduced. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

24.6 Notices. We may send you notices by email, SMS or WhatsApp to the details you have given us, or by a notice on the Website. You can send notices to us at support@iccon.world or by post to our registered office.

24.7 Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

25.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, customer grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:
